What people
are saying about us…

Inclusion Chilliwack Society helped me get a job! Since then, my co-workers have been very encouraging to me and have helped me to learn new things; I appreciate their support.

Nicholas

Inclusion Chilliwack Society helped me find employment. I am now trained to work on all the saws and the fork lift. Now I can take care of my customer requests from start to finish!

Matthew

Home Depot Chilliwack has a tremendous partnership with the team at Inclusion Chilliwack Society, providing us with some of the most hard working and loyal employees. Thank you ICS for the support over the years and the years to come!

Home Depot, Chilliwack

After working for Inclusion Chilliwack Society for 20 years, I can honestly say there’s no other organization I would rather work for. During my time here I have been given opportunities to challenge myself, expand my knowledge, and at times step out of my comfort zone.

How We Self-Assess

Part of our Vision at Inclusion Chilliwack Society is to be “a centre of excellence that inspires a culture of community, connection and belonging.” Underscoring this is an inherent drive to find ways to continually improve upon how we operate, how we support our employees, and the quality of services we deliver.

We perform regular self-assessment to ensure we remain on track and accountable to our stated Vision. This also helps us towards our CARF Accreditation goals.
