As part of our 2025 survey, we asked people how likely they are to recommend Inclusion Chilliwack Society (ICS) services on a scale of 0–10.
😊 Promoters (9–10): 328 people
😐 Passives (7–8): 47 people
😞 Detractors (0–6): 29 people
To calculate Net Promoter Score (NPS), we subtract the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters:
81% – 7% = NPS of 74
✅ An NPS of 74 is considered “Excellent”, showing strong trust and satisfaction with ICS services.
This report reflects feedback from individuals supported, families and caregivers, employers, and community stakeholders and is separate from our Employee Survey. Each service area will also receive its own survey report focused on their services.
