A Legacy of Excellence: CSCL Named Canadian Non-Profit Employer of Choice
CSCL made history as the first community living agency in British Columbia to receive the prestigious Canadian Non-Profit Employer of Choice Award, and was one of only thirteen non-profits across Canada to earn this recognition in 2017.
This national award celebrates organizations that demonstrate leadership in employee engagement, workplace culture, and human resource best practices. For CSCL, it was a powerful affirmation of the values that have guided our work for decades—respect, inclusion, and a commitment to excellence.
What made this achievement even more remarkable was that CSCL continued to receive the Canadian Non-Profit Employer of Choice designation every year since 2017, becoming the only organization in Canada to maintain this honour consistently.
