Sunshine Community Garden
A Space Where
The Sunshine Community Garden was officially launched on Earth Day in 2012. It is designed to be an inclusive social space designed to foster relationships and promote health, well-being and a love for gardening among diverse community members. The Sunshine Community Garden supports the values of Inclusion Chilliwack Society.

Location of the Garden
The community garden is located behind the Chilliwack Society for Community Living’s (CSCL) Matheison Centre, at 45195 Wells Rd, Chilliwack, BC.
Accessibility
The Sunshine Community Garden is designed to be entirely wheelchair accessible, for the inclusion of people with varying abilities, in line with CSCL’s values. There are several high raised beds for those with mobility issues, and about 60 regular plots for public use.
To Lease A Plot
Plots are leased on a first come first serve basis for the season which occurs from April 1 to March 31 of each year, with the option of renewal given to standing plot holders before the deadline on March 31.
